Episode 2: A storm of colors
The episode begins with the formation of the committee and introduces the first step towards effective management- i.e. a Participatory Mapping exercise. In this episode, the community performs their first participatory map, realizes that infrastructure problems and their causes, and start working towards solutions for them.
