Episode 4: The palaces of our dream
The committee takes a major step toward formalizing its role as a representative of the community. The members of the community are able to advocate for the construction of a community toilet in the settlement and are able to overrule a corrupt person that was illegally blocking the proposal. The urban local body also takes cognizance of the existence of the committee and advices it to formalize itself.
